Once family homes, now completely modern vacation rentals with fishing access to the South Holston River. Fish one of the premier tailwater trout fisheries in the Southeast, while enjoying all the comforts of home. As our guest you'll enjoy complete use of our 2000 feet of river frontage. It's an easy walk right to the river's edge, and great fishing. And after the fishing is done for the day, relax in our peaceful country setting, and trade stories about the ones that didn't get away. Each of our rentals come fully equipped with bed and bath linens, and each has a full kitchen with cookware and utensils.

We are an easy 15 minute drive from either interstate 81 or interstate 26, and about 20 minutes from Tri-Cities regional airport. We're located in beautiful Upper East Tennessee. When you make a reservation, we will send you a detailed set of directions to find us.

Our Properties

Castaway Farmhouse is a completely renovated, two bedroom farmhouse. It's cozy and country, but updated with all modern appliances and conveniences (renovation completed February 2001). Third Castaway is the newest addition to our rental family. Located across the road from our other homes, the third castaway can accommodate large groups with its four bedrooms and spacious layout.
