Reservations
Call us at (423) 914-1578 or e-mail us to check availability and make a reservation.
A damage deposit of $100 is required to confirm your reservation. When we receive your deposit, we will
mail you a confirmation and a detailed map. The full rental amount as shown on your confirmation is due on arrival. I'm sorry,
but we cannot accept credit cards at this time. We accept cash or personal check.
Our check in time is 3pm and check out is at 11am. However, we will be as flexible as possible to accomodate your schedule, assuming there is no conflict with other renters. Please let us know beforehand if you need special arrangements.
Restrictions
Please refrain from smoking inside the houses. You are welcome to smoke on the deck.
We do not allow our guests to bring pets. This is not because we don't like pets, but rather out of respect for future guests that may have allergies.
While we don't restrict our guests from keeping the fish they catch, we are strong believers in Catch & Release.
